Welcome to the Disabled Adults Out Reach Center Corp, founded by Tammy Hartwell, a proud resident of Milledgeville, GA. Tammy’s journey began at the age of 13, when she suffered a stroke that led her to receive extensive physical and occupational therapy from ages 13 to 18. After transitioning out of the system, she noticed a significant gap in support for disabled adults, sparking her passion to create a space where individuals with disabilities could find the resources and care they need to thrive.
Our mission is clear: to ensure that disabled adults have access to the essentials for living a fulfilling and productive life. At the Disabled Adults Out Reach Center, we focus on providing high-quality physical and occupational therapy, along with other vital services that empower individuals to achieve independence and well-being. We believe every person deserves the opportunity to lead a dignified and meaningful life, and we are committed to making this a reality for our community.
